I'm actually sitting here in Las Vegas which has kind of become a tradition over the years because Sandy's Uncle Bill lives here and his birthday falls on the holiday so it's a fun time for us to celebrate both occasions. As I sit here it brings to mind that if any catastrophic event where to take place here in the desert, resources would run out quick, and according to blueplanetbiomes.org, the Earth is approximately one fifth (20 percent) desert. Living Off-Grid you depend on natural resources and growing your own food is part of one of those resources and in the desert where there is Off-Grid living, we need to utilize the most out of water, and what about seawater? THAT'S TODAY'S BIG QUESTION How and can we use Seawater as a source for our plant growth or even drinking water. Is there an economical way through reverse osmosis or desalinization - notice the word economical that's the key word here for the day - we need to figure out a way to make it affordable for everybody. So if you have any ideas let me know, all input is greatly appreciated and I am constantly searching for an economical way
